Truman, All true...probably should have added that in my work I don't find a lot of use for the Blue channel using the so-called "Split Channel" approach. Then, again, I've only recently started playing with B&W conversions of color files; usually, I'm running a hybrid approach shooting LF B&W, scanning, and printing (Epson 2200/IP).
