The company I have been using has great products, but now has established a trend of indicating something is in stock and then when I order it 3-day air I receive it 30 days later with no phone call or e-mail of explanation. Calls to the customer service answering machine are not returned, and promises are retreated from. I print BW mainly for personal satisfaction and I want it to be fun so I'm not letting that situation "get" to me. However, if I were depending on BW printing for income there is no way I could use my present supplier. I'm going to give MIS serious consideration because good customer service is extremely important. Thanks for the post.
