I've had the same problem with the Image ExportBW, the Epson driver(s), and QTR 
(CUPS), on the 1160, the 1280 and the 2200, and with Epson papers, Photo Rag, and 
Sommerset Enhanced. I don't think it has anything to do with software. The solution is 
to cut a piece of 3/16" foamcore to the paper size and use it as you would the 
"Loading Support Sheet" that comes in every package of Epson paper.
