Of course, joining the Canon 10D group to get the document is no big
deal...but knowing that one must do that in the first place can certainly
cause some confusion.  Also, once I figured out that I needed to subscribe
to "a" Canon 10D Yahoo group...I had a choice of three or more Canon 10D
groups to subscribe to!  For me, even after joining the right group, the URL
(cut & pasted complete) didn't work...but going there directly did.

I don't think anyone is unappreciative of your efforts, but there were some
issues with accessing this document that weren't apparent, or typical.  At
least to a dope like me, they weren't.  I think you may be misperceiving
people's enthusiasm for wanting to access your document.  Anyway, thanks for
writing up the tutorial.
