Shilesh,
If you are setting the printer to ICm then you are using the canned 
windows profiles to print with.In order to use the dotworks, or any 
other profile you need to set the printer output settings to "no 
icm" and select the profile from photoshop or convert you file in 
some way.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
