Richard,

My friend's system is a PC with Win XP, just so you know.  When 
setting up the printer, upon choosing ICM, a new set of controls 
opens up.  It is here, that NCA was checked.

Then, using "print with preview", keep your image source space 
to "grayscale" or "adobe RGB 1998", and print with the DotWorks 
profile.

A word of caution:  The profile is probably very specific to the 
paper, so unless EEM and the DotWorks paper are identical, you are 
highly unlikely to get the same results.

I will play with the printer some more and post any other 
clarifications, as necessary.
