Shilesh, Something does not seem right here. First I do not remember there being any options after I clicked ICM (not at my home computer right now) but you also mention to keep the image source space to grayscale or sdobe RGB, but if I do that where does one apply the dotworks profile? Maybe I'm misunderstanding something here...
