Re: [Digital BW] QuadToneRIP -- new version for Jaguar and Panther

Carl

The HPR and SPE profiles are in the beta9 CurveDropBox that is downloaded
from Roy's site - ie in the dmg file prior to installing anything. If these
profiles are no longer appropriate they may throw people off.

I just printed the same image I have been working on for the last couple of
days using BO and the Epson UC matt black and I was not that impressed - I
much prefer the smoothness of the QTR print. (The image is of the Tetons
after the first snow in late Sep/early Oct last year with the last remains
of cloud clearing the mountain. The differences between BO and QTR are very
apparent in the clouds.) A matter of taste I am sure but I will stick with
QTR.

Thanks

Steve
