Subject: Changing non-empty carts on 1200

Try "checking the ink level" using the Epson print tools software. Many times 
it will not allow you to actually check the level, but will notify you that 
the ink is low (even if the low ink light isn't on), and allow you to change 
the cartridge with out pulling the  plug etc.
