Carrying on with the same idea, more or less, do you think one could use the
sepia toner from the current vm-s quad set with the UT-FSN black & grays to
approximate vm-s or is the ink chemistry simply not compatible between the
two formulations?

Sort of -- I mixed a light toner for the Bowhaus system that will pull the
warm gray UT inks to sepia. But in a single-toner inkset, the most
neutral
you'd be able to get is the current UT warm.
