Jon, I have used the beige ones for a long time. They work well - but as for archiveability, I have no way of knowing what they'll do years from now. I trust their specs and the fact that I haven't seen anything nasty happen in the last 10-12 years of using them (with darkroom silver prints). And yes, interleaves are a problem at that size. Clear bags may be a workaround, though not the same thing by any means ...
