Digital BW, The Print

Been away on holiday and arrived home to find my MIS eboni inks have 
arrived. Can anyone refresh my routines? Hope I have the right inks. 
The cartridge says on the side "for use with stylus 2100". . . I 
have a 2200, I assume it is the same thing. Which ink do I replace?
Do I put the eboni in the first or second slot? Any other advice for 
settings  or other cautions as I begin my B/O printing this way?
