The printing resolution was at 1440, I believe. 
I notice this noise on all step wedges, and different 
portions of any print I make.  I previous poster suggested 
the print wheels, which would seem logical, but other 
prints, with similar noise, would lead me to believe this 
is not the case. 
 
I wish I could figure it out.  I would really like to use 
the Quadtonerip software- I have not seen this problem in 
the Roark workflow, using windows instead of Linux.  Quadtonerip 
is kind of complex, and I am just starting out, so maybe I  
am missing something. 
 
I get a perfect nozzle check, and the heads are perfectly aligned...
