How long has it been since you began to attack this clog?  My own experience 
with many clogs in both of my Epson 1160s  is that, if the various remedies 
you have tried do not seem to be working, a rest period of a day or two (not an 
hour or two) may do the trick.  On a few occasions, when I was ready to 
completely give up on the printer, I suddenly found I was getting a perfect nozzle 
check.  Try resisting the urge to keep cleaning for a few days and see what 
happens.  Let us know.
