it gets slow with 200MP 16 bit files, but it works. I generally downsample to print size and reduce to 8 bit after most critical work is done. the biggest issue is storage... that's why I said recently that with 4x5s I just rely on my negatives as the storage medium... I do not want to be burning hundreds of CDs when it is just redundant.
