Yes, the spectral data would be a pain to deal with.  The MeasureTool
does a perfectly adequate job and I think its a easier customize i.e.
pick reference files at will.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
