I've only started playing with the Gray Balancer for other reasons (compare to my Photoshop Duotone/Quadtone method), but it seems like you could just refer to the 4 tone "fish scale" test print that the GB produces and select one of the minus-green (magenta) sets of values as input to correct your green cast. Do this repeatedly with a test image until you are satisfied the the green tint is gone.
