Digital BW, The Print

I have recieved the MIS ARC T007 UTK(Eboni black) and ARC T009 QUT 
cartrages for my 1280.  I Assume the T009-QUT is  5 shades of grey, 
the label seems somewhat misleading in that it says "5-Color".  Are 
these the UT2 inks I thought I was ordering? Is anything other than 
inserting the cartrage and converting to grey scale (photoshop CS) 
and printing necessary?  Any suggestions on workflow appreciated.
