Rita, Automatic loading of 200+ weight papers has NEVER worked for me. I use the "pre-loading" mentioned in the previous post. It works for me virtually every time. When it doesn't, I get either the red feed fault light or the paper passes straight through. I have a backing board made of two 8 1/2 X 11 pieces of 4 ply mount board taped together. This stays in the printer at all times. I place one sheet of printing paper into the printer and while holding the trailing edge of the sheet and applying slight pressure, I press the paper feed button. Every 2 or 3 months, or if I am experiencing any persistent feed problems, I take a sheet of paper and lightly spray Windex onto it and feed it through the printer 3 times. I think some of the paper coating transfers onto the feed rollers over time and makes them less able to grab paper. This seems to clean them off sufficiently. As well, this is a good way to clean out the printer if you happen to get ink on the rollers. James Haney
