Print from grayscale files when the sliders are used.

It's good to see the sliders are being used.

I don't know how the papers compare.  EEM is designed for pigments, so I've
stuck with it.  Heavyweight Matte is for dyes.

No - The ideal is to use a curve on a 16 bit file in Photoshop.
