Linda, one more thought. IF you've gone completely through all the website suggested fixes and still have a problem, MIS is very good. I know this for a fact. But, I sense that if you just called them first without trying all their website help, they may be less helpful. Actually the website help is very good but does need to be better organized. Mark hit it on the head. It's a small busy operation. But real good people. FWIW, I use their F-16 chip resetter and find it flawless.
