Hi Owen, I have two Windows XP workstations in the studio, one of them still has the old version 5.31 driver on it. I just made a few comparison prints between the two drivers (5.40 & 5.31) using EEM paper and my normal workflow which includes the Gray Balancer software (I seem to be one of the few getting good results with the Gray Balancer for controlling metamerism). The test pics, for all practical purposes, were the same. Not sure what happened on your system or whether the use of the Gray Balancer canceled out any differences ??? I haven't tried Carl Schofield's method though. May try it soon and see if any differences. Tony Bonanno --- In DigitalBlackandWhiteThePrint@yahoogroups.com, "Owen P.
