Digital BW, The Print

I use a pc epson 2200 pscs.  I am switching back and forth from BO ( 
claytons jones' workflow with front end setting  in edit color 
settings in PS cs  
working space:
"us prepress defaults" , adobe rgb 1998 ,dot grain 20%
color management policies: all preserve embedded profiles]


image modewhat setting should I have in PS image/mode/assign profile?
don't color manage?  working rgb: adobe RGB 1998 or profile?
currently when I switch to color the only thing I change is in the 
back end and in print with  preview  I change smae as soource to 
enhanced matte 
and in advanced properties I tick ICM in color management  an ICC 
profile "provided by printer software". . . which gives me epson 
standard, perceptual, SP 2200 enhanced matte 

Shouild I be changong things in image mode in PS  or in proff setup 
or proff colrs in PS?
