My 1160s have been very trouble free, Lara, and I haven't used the QVM ink set, so the other 1160 users' experience might be more relevant. But while you're waiting for it, it might be good to just turn the printer off (with the on/off button on it - to park the heads on their wet pad - rather than somewhere further upstream toward the plug) until tomorrow. This is often recommended before doing more than the three cleanings you've already done. And sometimes that soaking is all that is needed. But it does sound as if your inks might be getting too old to be convenient to use. I think the MIS people are back from vacation now, and I'd call (not e-mail) them about that.
