Digital BW, The Print

I have another question regarding inks.  I've noticed from following
the list that Eboni seems to be the preferred ink for the black
position.  I am curious what the consensous is here regarding MIS
Photo Black instead of Eboni in the UT2 ink set.  At this point I have
no strong preference towards printing matte over glossy, or vice
versa.  I currently run mostly all glossy through my DeskJet for the
simple fact that HP Premium Photo glossy costs less than their Premium
Plus Matte.

Would there be any downside to going with Photo Black instead of Eboni
and print glossy and semi-gloss?
