Re: Storing MIS cartridges

2004-02-10 by Joe

Hi:

I put scotch tape over the bottom and top vent holes this does seem
to keep them from drying out. I have stored them over two weeks
without any problems. However.......they do leak so be careful. I
called MIS and they said there is not valve in the bottom holes to
prevent the leakage, but they literally sell rivets (which I have
yet to buy but can get in your local home depot) to stick in the
bottom holes. Anyway the scotch tape does seem to work for me but
again be aware that some ink will leak.
