this is a really personal question... but I personally always want to 
stay with the format that I shoot in, but when buying precut matts it 
is a lot cheaper to print in a standard size like 5x7" or 8x10".

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
