Just when I thought it was safe to go to sleep..

I got an answer from Jon, as I expected. For me it answers all the 
questions I had, and I wish Jon, Cone Editions, and IJM only the best. 
As he already posted his answers on the Piezo 3000 list, I shall repost 
them here - fairness demands it:

Keith, coming from you this means a lot and I thank you. But we are not in tough straits. And it is not sad. We are thriving, continue to meet all our monthly expenses. This is a protection filing - not a going out of the business filing.
