Michael,

Thanks for the information. One reason I am trying to get this to work
on the 2200 is to get some experience with their system and if all
goes well, I would like to convert a 7000 to quadtone. 

I will give them the benefit of the doubt about service and try to
contact them again.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
