Paul,

I'm working with preloaded cartridges from MIS so ink 
density/position should not be a problem.

When I go to "assign profile" (in Photoshop CS) the "don't color 
manage this document" is checked which seems to indicate no profiles. 
Also, the values are as indicated, i.e. 90%=90%, 80%=80%, etc., on 
the info palette.

I'll recheck everything in the morning. I'm using Epson Premium 
Semigloss PP. I'll also try a different paper.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
