what do I need to switch to quadtone

I have been using  eboni black only printing with my  new epson 
2200 . I amd using a pc MSxp pent 4, with PS CS and epson enhanced 
paper. I would like to try quadtone now . What do I need  for 
software? What is  the recommended route to go. I presume I get my 
inks from MIS but the software and cost will be a factor
