Digital BW, The Print

On my search for the best b and w print from my 2200,
I just received my new set of MIS inks, including the
ebony matte black... and polar matte paper from red
river. I want to get started right away, i'm really
excited, plus have about 3 orders to get out... Can I
just put in the new inks and get going or do I have to
download something to make the new inks work properly,
printer recognize them, etc...
