Digital BW, The Print

When you add the Epson 2100/2200 printer, you get at the bottom right of the
selection box the option to load a range of drivers/printers including
standard, roll, no margins etc or simply All.  So delete the driver for the
2200.  Then go thru the process of re-adding it but select All.  Now when
you print to the 2200 you will get a range of 2200 printers.  Try selecting
No Margins.
