You need to install the real Epson driver. The driver you are seeing is a GimpPrint driver installed by Panther. Some people are finding it necessary to uninstall the GimpPrint drivers by going to the GimpPrint site, downloading the uninstaller, running it. Either way you must instal the latest official Epson driver from the Epson website. I don't know what Apple was thinking, obviously a deal was made.
