Does anyone have any thoughts on the Epson 4870. I had been wanting to get a scanner that would also permit me to scan medium format negs. The CoolScan 9000 seems to be way overpriced. A thousand dollars difference between it and the 500, just to scan larger negs. The 4870 looks like a reasonable compromise. Bob
