Do you mean an irregular flickering, like a candle, as though there were a loose connection, or a steady flickering that you can see especially out of the corner of your eye? If the former, make sure your video cable is in good shape--disconnect and reconnect it a couple of times to make sure there's no gunk on the contacts.
