> Is there a de facto international/global certificate of authenticity?

If one can duplicate the image (or what ever item the COA is for), why not
the certificate of authenticity too?

I've always had a bit of a tick in my neck when I hear "certificate of
authenticity"...do I need a certificate of authenticity for my certificate
of authenticity...  COAs are one of those stupid human tricks in my opinion.
