The areas clearly correspond to the deep shadow areas when compared to a normal Epson driver print. Re: cartridges and cleaning cycles...all carts are at least half full and the 2200 shows no sign of malfunction when printing the identical file using the Epson driver. I would be happy to post a file to my website for review if that would help.
