Digital BW, The Print

Have you tried the simple "soak it in warm water for about 20 minutes"? 
Sometimes the dirt will just loosen up and rinse off. After you soak 
it, be sure to immerse it in a E-6 final rinse solution or at least 
some PhotoFlo before drying.
