Tom, I'm not sure that mold can be removed with ICE :)
ICE hasn't  worked that well for me with Kodachrome.
Steve, I'd try the PEC-12, or similar film cleaner, suggestion first.
If that doesn't work, soak in Photoflo, even rub gently between thumb 
and forefinger, hang to dry.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
