Your point is a valid one since I was sent much of the original info 'non-attributed'.

A modest ripost against the trader is far less than I might have considered if it had been 
original works - this is a serious problem for some photographers, particularly if your web 
server does not support anti-linking measures.

I hope the example can help others facing similar problems with their content...
