Nope, as I originally mentioned, Epson UK were more than happy - I ended up with a 9600, which apart from the annoying expense of changing black inks is a splendid printer. Getting back to the list subject I'd also add that I'm now using ImagePrint with it and producing some of my best B/W prints yet. I really did try to get QTR up and running, but when I tried ImagePrint the results (IMHO) just blew away my previous efforts. I suppose it's a bit of a trade off between the expense of the RIP and equipment to set up QTR for optimum results on a particular paper?
