Digital BW, The Print

No luck with a response to my original question (below) so I thought 
I would break it into parts so hopefully someone can help.

Can the MIS UT-FSN inkset (with the "eboni" black) be easily used 
with the Piezopraphy ICC profiles on an Epson 1160 (possibly using 
the Selenium Portfolio ICC profiles).

Has anyone tried this and is it a viable and easy to use workflow?

The old Cone software RIP (activated within Photoshop) and the new 
Cone B&W ICC profile software (uses Epson Driver).

I have an unused 1160, so the mix up on the 6 ink printers is not a 
problem (between these two versions of software).

Does the "photo black" used in this set really allow you to use 
glossy stocks with great results.
