Carl,
I take it that to reduce the warm tone of UT matte black, one should 
still use Eboni black ink?  Have you done any comparisons with custom 
printer profiled B&W ...?

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
