Digital BW, The Print

I have made many iPhoto books and they look great. There is a somewhat 
limited layout but you can work around that with some creative 
Photoshop work. Also if you are not a Mac person you can get basically 
the same thing done at http://www.mypublisher.com/default.php   I have 
never used them so not sure of their quality.
