Put the Epson cart back in and see if your problems go away. Don't go by what used to be, swap it back out. If your problems go away, just ask MIS to replace the cart. They're happy to do that. Epson is pretty much perfect in their cart production and filling. MIS is a much lower volumne operation and admits they don't have the level of perfection that Epson does. But they make up for it in support and service.
