Mark, If it is anything like all the lawsuits we see around here in Silicon Valley it will circle through the courts for a few years, provide aid for needy corporate lawyers and end in some out of court settlement. I would not worry about the next version of Photoshop, at least not on that account. Might actually stimulate the next version if they need to replace the offending code.
