Digital BW, The Print

I have a chance to purchase the above mentioned two printers for the
above mentioned prices used. Which one should I buy? (No I don't want
both...) I'm intending to only print letter sized prints.

The MIS website is a little confusing to me since it says that there's
no UT or UT2 available for the 1200.

Which one has the better print quality? Other suggestions are most
welcome too!
