Keith, have you tried swapping carts to either Epson OEM or the MIS $5 dye carts? That will isolate your problem to output/driver/printer or carts/ink. If carts/ink just ask MIS to swap them out. If output/driver/printer then try a standard, no adjustment needed, file to narrow it down to output/driver/printer. Just follow a simplistic diagnostic process to isolate the problem. I bet the solution will be obvious once you know the true problem. Also look on the tech support section of the MIS website. The answer to almost every question is there. It's just time consuming to find it.
