Digital BW, The Print

In Photoshop CS my first print with preview window identifies the "Source 
space" and lets me select the "Print space."  If I'm loading Paul's UT2 curves, 
what "Print space" should I select?  Same  as source space?  The profile for 
the paper I'm using? Something else?   Thanks, Jonathan
